1. About these terms

• These terms govern all studio bookings made with Studio Analogue Pte Ltd (UEN: 202617201D), operating at 79 Kampong Bahru Road, #02-03, Singapore 169377. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

2. Bookings & payment

All bookings must be made through our official booking system. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. No slot is held without payment.

Rates are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the published hourly rate. Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card).

Invoices and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the session start time will receive a full refund or a free reschedule to a mutually agreed date, subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. No credit or transfer will be issued.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@studioanalogue.com. Requests made by phone or social media will not be accepted. The request timestamp determines whether the 48-hour threshold applies.

Studio Analogue reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (equipment failure, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control). In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

Circumstances beyond the client's control — including illness or personal emergencies — do not waive the cancellation policy. Where a genuine medical emergency prevents attendance, clients may submit a request for rescheduling consideration to hello@studioanalogue.com, accompanied by relevant documentation. Any such accommodation is at Studio Analogue's sole discretion and does not constitute a precedent or obligation.

4. No-shows

If you do not arrive for your booked session and have not provided prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund, credit, or reschedule will be offered.

5. Late arrivals

Your session begins at the booked start time regardless of your arrival time. Sessions end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended to compensate for late arrival. No refund or credit will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.

If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate where scheduling permits, but cannot guarantee any extension.

6. Studio use & conduct

The studio is a professional recording environment. All clients, guests, and accompanying persons are expected to conduct themselves accordingly.

The client who made the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests and accompanying persons during their session.

The maximum occupancy of the studio is 6 persons at any time. Please inform us in advance of the number of people attending your session.

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their session. The accompanying adult accepts these terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for their conduct.

Studio Analogue reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if a client or their guests behave in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to persons or property. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Food and beverages are not permitted in the studio.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Studio Analogue operates within a heritage conservation building. Clients must not affix, attach, or apply anything to the walls, fixtures, or structural elements of the premises.

7. Equipment

All studio equipment is provided in good working order. Clients are responsible for the proper use of all equipment during their session.

Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or the premises caused by the client or their guests will be assessed and invoiced at replacement or repair cost. The client is liable for full compensation.

Studio Analogue accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, the client's own equipment, recording media, files, or personal property brought onto the premises. Clients are responsible for backing up their own data.

Technical faults with studio equipment that occur during a session will be addressed as promptly as possible. Where a fault materially affects the session and cannot be resolved, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

8. Intellectual property & recordings

All content recorded in the studio remains the intellectual property of the client. Studio Analogue makes no claim over your recordings, show concepts, or creative work.

Studio Analogue may photograph or film the studio environment during your session for marketing and promotional purposes. We will always ask for your verbal consent before doing so. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you may also notify us in writing before your session and we will not capture any behind-the-scenes content during your time with us.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected at booking (name, email, contact number) is used solely to manage your booking and communicate with you about your session. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to process payment.

CCTV is in operation on the premises for security purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

Studio Analogue's liability to any client is limited to the value of the booking fee paid for the affected session. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of the studio, including but not limited to loss of recordings, missed publication deadlines, or reputational loss.

11. Amendments

Studio Analogue reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking. Current terms are always available at www.studioanalogue.com.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
